1. Introduction

Weblet is a software platform that enables users to create, manage, publish, host, and distribute websites, microsites, landing pages, blogs, documentation portals, knowledge bases, event pages, business profiles, menus, catalogs, marketing content, digital resources, and other forms of online content.
By accessing or using Weblet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
Platform means the Weblet software, websites, APIs, services, hosting infrastructure, integrations, and related functionality.
User means any individual or organization using the Platform.
Publisher means a User who creates, manages, or publishes Content.
Content includes text, images, videos, audio, documents, designs, data, metadata, events, menus, listings, AI-generated material, and any other information published through Weblet.
Website includes any site, microsite, portal, landing page, blog, documentation site, business profile, event page, or digital experience created using Weblet.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have legal authority to accept these Terms.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account.
4. Platform Services
Weblet provides tools and infrastructure that allow Users to:
- Create websites and digital experiences.
- Publish content.
- Connect custom domains.
- Manage teams and contributors.
- Integrate third-party services.
- Host and distribute content.
Weblet may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features at any time.
5. Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership of Content they create and publish.
By publishing Content through Weblet, you grant Weblet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host Content
- Process Content
- Cache Content
- Backup Content
- Display Content
- Distribute Content
- Perform technical operations required to provide the Platform
This license terminates when Content is permanently deleted, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.
6. Publisher Responsibility
Publishers are solely responsible for:
- Content accuracy
- Content legality
- Copyright compliance
- Business information
- Regulatory compliance
- AI-generated content
- Marketing claims
- Event information
- Product information
- User interactions arising from published content
Weblet acts solely as a technology platform provider.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Violate laws or regulations.
- Publish prohibited content.
- Distribute malware.
- Conduct phishing.
- Commit fraud.
- Impersonate others.
- Interfere with Platform operations.
- Abuse APIs.
- Circumvent security measures.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Additional restrictions are defined in the Acceptable Use Policy and Content Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Weblet retains ownership of:
- Software
- Source code
- Designs
- Logos
- Trademarks
- APIs
- Documentation
- Platform features
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute Platform components without authorization.
9. AI Generated Content
AI-generated content is permitted.
Users remain fully responsible for:
- Accuracy
- Legality
- Copyright compliance
- Ethical usage
- Regulatory compliance
Weblet does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
10. Domains and Hosting
Users may connect custom domains or use Weblet-provided domains.
Weblet reserves the right to suspend domains, websites, or hosting services when:
- Required by law
- Required for security
- Required for abuse prevention
- Required for platform stability
- Required for policy enforcement
11. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered.
Users agree to:
- Pay applicable fees.
- Maintain valid payment methods.
- Pay taxes where applicable.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Service limitations
- Suspension
- Termination
12. Content Moderation
Weblet is not obligated to monitor content.
However, Weblet may review content when:
- Abuse reports are received.
- Legal requests are received.
- Security concerns arise.
- Policy violations are suspected.
13. Right to Remove Content
Weblet may remove, disable, restrict, suspend, archive, refuse publication of, or permanently delete any Content, Website, Account, Domain, Organization, Asset, Integration, API Access, or Service where Weblet reasonably determines that continued operation may expose Weblet, its customers, users, partners, infrastructure providers, or the public to legal, security, operational, financial, or reputational risk.
Such actions may occur with or without prior notice.
14. Suspension and Termination
Weblet may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Security threats
- Non-payment
- Legal requirements
- Abuse of Platform resources
Termination may result in loss of access to Content and Services.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services.
Weblet is not responsible for:
- Third-party functionality
- Third-party content
- Third-party outages
- Third-party security incidents
Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Weblet makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability
- Reliability
- Accuracy
- Performance
- Security
- Fitness for a particular purpose
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Weblet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Weblet's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weblet, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:
- User Content
- Published Websites
- User activities
- Legal violations
- Intellectual property claims
19. Changes to Terms
Weblet may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Weblet.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Weblet's principal place of business unless otherwise required by applicable law.
