About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Weblet Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our CMS platform. You will work across the entire tech stack, from crafting beautiful React-based user interfaces to designing robust Node.js backend services. Your expertise will help us scale our platform to serve thousands of tenants and millions of content operations.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Architect and maintain MongoDB data models, optimizing database queries for performance.
- Implement CMS plugins, hooks, and custom endpoints to extend platform capabilities.
- Write comprehensive tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define, build, and ship new features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term scalability.
- Improve application performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop AI-powered content management features.
- Build integrations with third-party platforms and cloud services.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
